No allowances or facilities other than the consolidated salary shall be admissible.

Appointment may be terminated at any time without prior notice if performance is found unsatisfactory.
The appointee may be relieved by serving one-month prior notice, failing which salary equivalent to one month must be deposited for relieving certificate.
