Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria should appear for the Walk-in Interview with the following:

1. Duly filled prescribed application form
2. Original certificates/testimonials
3. Two sets of attested photocopies of certificates (Age, Educational Qualification, Experience, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: MD in Ayurveda
• Desirable: Ph.D. and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years

Selection Process

Selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview. Merely fulfilling eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection.

Other Important Conditions and Instructions

• The initial contract will be for a period of 6 months, extendable for an additional 6 months based on performance.
• No other allowance will be paid other than the fixed remuneration with HRA.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview or for joining.
• Appointment is on a full-time basis as per AIIA working hours.
• Leave entitlement is 1.5 days per calendar month. Excess absence will lead to deduction of remuneration.
• Necessary tax deduction as per government instructions will be made.
• The candidate must sign a Non-Disclosure Undertaking at the time of joining.
• Selected candidates must join within one week from the date of issue of the offer of engagement.
• The number of posts may vary depending upon requirements and at the discretion of AIIA.
• This contractual engagement does not confer any claim for regular appointment in the Institute.
• No other assignments can be accepted during the contract period.
• In case of any changes in date, venue, or terms, details will be displayed only on the website. No separate notice will be issued.
