Honorarium / Salary Structure
Remuneration: Rs. 3000/- per visit (inclusive of conveyance and incidental charges) for six hours of duty per day.
- Duty Hours: 6 Hours per day
- Additional Hours Payment: Rs. 500/- per hour
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Excluding: Sundays and Gazetted Holidays

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
The candidate must possess a minimum qualification of MBBS or equivalent from a recognized university as per Medical Council of India / Government of India norms.
Experience
Preference will be given to candidates having post-medical qualification experience of working in a Government hospital or reputed Private hospital for at least five years.
Age Limit
Maximum age limit is 70 years.

Terms and Conditions of Engagement
- Engagement is purely temporary.
- No claim shall lie for regular employment at any stage.
- No entitlement to leave or employee benefits of AAI.
- Not entitled to Provident Fund, Benevolent Fund, Group Insurance or any other employee benefits.
- AAI will not undertake any liability for providing other facilities or compensation.
- Under administrative control of In-Charge of respective Medical Centre.
- One month advance notice required for resignation by the consultant.
- AAI may terminate the contract at any time without assigning reason and decision will be final.
Charter of Duties and Responsibilities
- Attend OPD at AAI designated Medical Centre.
- Provide medical advice, prescribe medicines, administer injections and perform dressings.
- Provide treatment/consultation to emergency cases during duty hours.
- Provide prophylactic inoculation/vaccination where required.
- Issue medical leave certificates where prescribed.
- Not refer AAI beneficiaries to outside empaneled hospitals for indoor treatment.
- Provide expert opinion on indoor medical treatment and related claims.
- Provide professional opinion on medical issues referred by AAI management.
- Act as Medical In-charge for psychoactive test of ATCOs.
- Scrutinize medical bills for genuineness and admissibility.
- Perform any other work assigned by Executive Director/Head of Department.
Code of Conduct
- Must comply with orders and instructions issued by AAI Management.
- Serve honestly, faithfully and show courtesy in transactions.
- Promote the health of AAI beneficiaries.
- AAI not liable for disputes arising out of medical negligence.
- Shall not solicit or accept gifts from AAI employees/beneficiaries.
- Shall not accept commission or bonus for referrals.
- Shall not outsource services to other doctors.
- Must abide by laws relating to intoxicating drugs and drinks.
- Strict prohibition of sexual harassment and must abide by law and AAI rules.
