This notification invites applications for Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 at the Airports Authority of India (AAI), Radio Construction & Development Unit (RCDU), Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi for the year 2025-26.

Salary and Duration

• Graduate Apprentices: ₹15,000 per month (₹10,500 AAI Share + ₹4,500 Govt Share via DBT)
• Diploma Apprentices: ₹12,000 per month (₹8,000 AAI Share + ₹4,000 Govt Share via DBT)
• Duration of Training: 1 Year
• Employment Type: Apprenticeship (Temporary Training)

Application Process

1. For Graduate and Diploma Apprentices: Apply through the BOAT (NATS) Portal at https://www.nats.education.gov.in.
2. Find establishment: Airports Authority of India – RCDU/FIU & E&M Workshop, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi (NATS Portal ID: NDLNDC000087).
3. After successful application, candidates will see the message “Successfully applied for the training position.”
4. For General Stream (B.Com/BA/B.Sc/BBA): Send the application in a single PDF file to ipaggarwal@aai.aero.
5. Applicants must register on the NATS portal before applying. No other application mode is accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only Indian nationals are eligible. Preference will be given to candidates from Delhi/NCR region.
• Candidates must have completed full-time regular degrees/diplomas recognized by AICTE/GOI.
• Candidates who passed their degree/diploma in 2021 or later are eligible.
• Candidates with one year or more of work or training experience after qualification are not eligible.
• Candidates who have already completed or terminated apprenticeship elsewhere are not eligible.
• Maximum Age: 27 years as on 24 November 2025.

Reservation Details

Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories will be as per Government of India rules. In case of non-availability of candidates from reserved categories, positions may be filled from other categories as per AAI’s discretion.

Selection Process

1. Selection will be merit-based on academic performance.
2. Final selection will involve interaction, document verification, and submission of a medical fitness certificate at the time of joining.
3. Communication will be sent via registered email only (candidates must check inbox and spam folders).
4. Selected candidates will be posted at AAI RCDU/FIU/CRSD & E&M Workshop, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi – 110003.

• The training period will be governed under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended).
• No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in interaction or document verification.
• Number of apprentices may vary at AAI’s discretion.
• Engagement under this scheme does not confer any right to employment in AAI.

• English version of the notice will prevail in case of any dispute.
