Application Process

1. Download and fill the prescribed application form attached with the notification.
2. Email the duly filled application form to: academic-section@aiimsguwahati.ac.in
3. The subject line of the email must be: "Application for JR (Non-Academic) – 44 Days"
4. Bring the original documents, two photocopies, and a hard copy of the application form on the day of the interview.
5. Documents required at the time of interview:
   • MBBS Degree Certificate / FMGE Certificate (as applicable)
   • Internship Completion Certificate
   • Medical Registration Certificate
   • Date of Birth Proof
   • Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / PAN)

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Completion of compulsory internship.
• Registration with State or National Medical Council (MCI / NMC).

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for candidates is 33 years as on the date of publication of this notification.

Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Government of India guidelines.

Reservation Details

Reservation is applicable as per the Government of India norms for categories UR, OBC, SC, ST, and OPH (Physically Challenged). The notification does not specify the category-wise breakup or percentage of posts.
