Essential Qualifications

1. Ph.D. in the relevant subject OR Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
2. Bachelor’s Degree of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average.
3. Minimum of 3 years of teaching or research experience evidenced by Fellowship, Associateship, Training, or other engagements.
4. At least one published research paper in a Science Citation Index (SCI) / NAAS rated ≥ 4.0 journal.
5. Candidates with a postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences (3-year Bachelor + 2-year Master) must have cleared the NET qualification.

Age Limit

• Men: Maximum 40 years
• Women: Maximum 45 years

Terms and Conditions

3. The incumbent shall not have any right for continuation beyond the contract period.
4. Concealing facts or canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification or termination even during the contractual engagement period.
5. The contractual engagement can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.
6. Engaged persons may leave the service by giving one-month notice or by paying one-month salary in lieu of notice.
7. Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination at their own expense as per rules for ensuring physical fitness before appointment.
8. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.
9. The decision of the Selection Committee for the above post will be final and binding in all respects.
10. The Associate Dean reserves the right to cancel or postpone the interview due to unavoidable circumstances or reasons.
