3. The incumbent shall not have any right for further continuation of contractual service.
4. Concealment of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination of candidature.
5. Contractual engagement can be terminated at any time without prior notice or reason.
6. Engaged persons may resign by giving one month’s notice or paying one month’s salary in lieu of notice.

8. Selected candidates must undergo medical fitness examination at their own cost.
9. The decision of the selection committee will be final and binding in all respects.
