Eligibility Criteria

Child Helpline Supervisor

• Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university in Social Work, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, Sociology, Social Science, or equivalent disciplines.
• Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of computers and ability to work in MS Office.
• Experience: Preferably minimum 01 year of experience in Government or Non-Government organizations, especially in women and child related sectors.

Case Worker

• Educational Qualification: Must have passed Higher Secondary (12th Class) from a recognized board.
• Skills: Good communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience: Preferably minimum 01 year experience in women and child welfare related work.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years (as on 01 January 2025)
• Maximum Age: 35 years (as on 01 January 2025)
• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Chhattisgarh Government rules.
• Maximum permissible age including all relaxations shall not exceed 45 years.

Reservation Details

Reservation for SC, ST, and OBC categories shall be applicable as per the Chhattisgarh State Government Reservation Act, 1994, and rules issued thereunder.

Candidates claiming reservation must submit a valid caste certificate issued by the competent authority along with the application form.

Application Process

1. Application must be submitted strictly in the prescribed application format provided in the notification.
2. Applications must be sent only through Registered Post, Speed Post, or Courier.
3. Hand submission of applications is strictly prohibited.
4. Separate application forms must be submitted for each post.
5. All required documents must be self-attested and enclosed with the application.
6. Incomplete, incorrectly filled, or late applications shall be rejected without any notice.

Selection Process

• Selection shall be done on the basis of merit through a marks-based evaluation system.
• Marks will be awarded for minimum educational qualification, relevant experience, and additional bonus marks for Child Helpline related work experience.
• Interview and/or Skill Test will be conducted wherever applicable.
• A final merit list and waiting list shall be prepared by the Selection Committee.
• The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final and binding.

Contract Period and Service Conditions

• Appointment shall be purely contractual and initially valid up to 03 years or till the validity of the scheme.
• Contract period may be extended based on performance evaluation and administrative requirements.
• Either party may terminate the contract by giving one month prior notice or one month salary in lieu thereof.
• Selected candidates shall have no claim for permanent employment.
