5. Detailed Eligibility Criteria
- Category: Must be a retired official from Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), Autonomous Body, or Statutory Body.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess an LL.B. degree from a recognized University or Institution.
- Pay Scale / Grade Requirement: Must have retired from a post/grade carrying Pay Level/scale equivalent to Level-10 (CDA) or above.
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Drafting, Vetting, and Execution of Legal Documents, Agreements, Contracts, MOUs, and filing before courts, along with legal due diligence.
- Must possess core competence in analyzing various legal and commercial documents.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in applicable Corporate/Commercial Legislations, Company Law, Consumer Protection Act 2019, Banking Laws, Civil/Criminal matters, Administrative and Service matters, and Arbitration matters.
- Technical & Soft Skills:
- Should be net-savvy with good exposure and ability to work efficiently in a computerized environment.
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong flare for noting and drafting.
- Vigilance / Criminal Record: No criminal or vigilance proceedings shall be in progress against the candidate.

Maximum Age: Maximum age on the closing date of application (28.10.2026) must not exceed 64 years.
