Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Degree from a recognized university.
• MBA with specialization in Personnel Management.
• Desirable: Post Graduate Degree, preferably in Social Sciences.

Experience Requirement

• Minimum 15 years of total experience in personnel management, recruitment, promotion, placement, development, manpower forecasting, industrial relations, and policy planning matters in Public Sector Enterprises or Central Government organizations.
• Out of the total experience, at least 2 years must be in the grade of Rs. 32,900–58,000 (or Rs. 80,000–2,20,000 Revised IDA or equivalent).
• Desirable experience includes 5 years at supervisory level in Central Government offices dealing with policy, procedures, planning, recruitment, and disciplinary matters.
• Candidates should have good exposure to Government rules and regulations.

Age Limit

Reservation and Age Relaxation

• Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates will be applicable as per Government of India rules.
• Age relaxation for internal candidates, if applicable, will be governed by company rules.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting of candidates by a duly constituted Screening Committee.
2. Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed. No interim correspondence will be entertained.

Application Process

• Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria must send their CV in the prescribed proforma.
• The envelope containing the application should be clearly superscribed with the post applied for: “General Manager (HR)”.
• Candidates working in Government Departments, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel or produce No Objection Certificate and Vigilance Clearance at the time of interview.
• Applications must reach the designated address on or before 06 January 2026.

Other Important Information

• No residential accommodation will be provided. HRA will be admissible as per company rules.
• SC, ST, and PwBD candidates appearing for interview from outstation will be reimbursed rail or bus fare by the shortest route as per company rules, subject to submission of proof.
