Educational Qualification

• The candidate must possess a Diploma in Dental Hygienist from an institution recognized by the Indian Dental Council.
• The candidate must be registered with the Dentist Registration Tribunal, Uttarakhand.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 02 years of service in Territorial Army
• Possession of NCC “B” Certificate or “C” Certificate

Age Limit

Age will be calculated as on 01 July 2025.

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 42 years

Age Relaxation (As per Government Rules)

All relaxations are permissible only for candidates holding valid domicile/category certificates of Uttarakhand. No relaxation applies to non-domicile candidates.

Reservation Rules & Conditions

Reservation will be granted strictly as per Government of Uttarakhand reservation policy, applicable circulars and amendments. Detailed rules include reservations for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC, Economically Weaker Section, Women, Ex-servicemen, Freedom Fighter dependents, Orphan category, State-recognized sportspersons, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.

Important Reservation Notes

• Reservation will be granted only to candidates who possess a valid Uttarakhand domicile certificate.
• SC/ST/OBC certificates must comply with Government orders and be issued by the competent authority within the required validity period.
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) reservation applies only to candidates possessing valid income & asset certificates for the financial year 2024–25.
• Only candidates meeting all criteria of category/sub-category at the time of application will be eligible for reservation benefits.
• Category/sub-category claims cannot be modified after the final submission of the online form.
• Ex-servicemen reservation applies as per Government of India O.M. No. 36034/6/90-Estt.
• For PwBD reservation, disability categories accepted include One Leg Affected (OL) under the specified medical disability list.
• State-recognized sportspersons applying for sports quota must provide valid national/international sports certificates authenticated by recognized sports bodies.
• Orphan category candidates must furnish relevant certificates issued under the Government of Uttarakhand circular dated 17 Dec 2019.
• Freedom Fighter dependents must provide certificates issued by the District Magistrate under the required verification format.

Citizenship Requirements

A candidate must be:

• A citizen of India, OR
• A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling.
• A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or specified East African countries with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Such candidates (except Indian citizens) must possess a valid certificate of eligibility issued by the State Government of Uttarakhand.

Character, Marital Status & Physical Fitness

• The candidate must possess good moral character.
• Candidates with more than one living spouse are not eligible unless exempted by the Governor under special circumstances.
• Candidate must be physically and mentally fit to perform duties and must produce a medical fitness certificate as per prescribed rules.

Selection Procedure

The selection will be based on a written examination of 100 marks.

Written Exam Pattern

• Objective type written exam (General Hindi, General Knowledge, General Studies).
• Correct Answer: +1 mark
• Wrong Answer: −0.25 negative marking
• Minimum Qualifying Marks: UR/OBC/EWS – 45%, SC/ST – 35%
• Exam Centres: Dehradun & Haldwani

Application Fee

Application fee must be paid online only through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI before the last date.

Once paid, the fee is non-refundable and the form cannot be edited afterward.

How to Apply Online

1. Visit the official website and click on “Apply Now”.
2. Register with valid email and mobile number.
3. Login and fill Personal Details, Education Details, and Council Registration Details.
4. Upload photo, signature, and required certificates (max 50KB JPG format).
5. Verify all entries carefully and click on “I Agree”.
6. Pay the fee online and submit the application.
7. Download and print the final application form for future reference.

Offline/handwritten/mismatched applications will not be accepted.

Important Instructions

• Only Uttarakhand domicile candidates are eligible for reservation benefits.
• Certificates must be valid on or before the last date of application.
• Multiple applications from the same candidate are not allowed.
• Incomplete, incorrect or late applications will be rejected.
• No change in category/sub-category is allowed after final submission.
• Candidates must keep their registered mobile number and email active until the recruitment process ends.
• OMR sheet mistakes like wrong roll number, wrong booklet code, or overwriting will result in non-evaluation.
