Eligibility Criteria
Educational Eligibility
Candidates applying for the Health Worker (Female) post must fulfill the following educational qualifications:
- Must have successfully completed the Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM) course as prescribed by the Indian Nursing Council, including the mandatory 6-month internship.
- Must possess a valid registration with the Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council on or before the last application date.
Additional Eligibility (Preference)
- Candidates with NCC "B" Certificate will be given preference.
- Candidates who have completed 2 years of service in the Territorial Army will be given preference.
Domicile Requirement
Only candidates who are permanent residents of Uttarakhand are eligible to apply for this recruitment. The Uttarakhand domicile certificate must be uploaded before the last date.

Selection Process
The selection process for Health Worker (Female) includes the following steps:
- Selection is based entirely on merit prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the ANM course.
- In case two or more candidates secure equal marks, the candidate with a higher age will be placed higher in merit.
- If age is also equal, the alphabetical order of the candidate’s name (English) will be considered.
- No written exam and no interview will be conducted for this recruitment.
