Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, Forestry, Wildlife, or Soil Sciences from a recognized University with at least a first division (60% marks).
• Desirable Knowledge and Work Experience:
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
  • Fieldwork experience in forestry research and knowledge in tree, shrub, and herb identification
  • Experience with GIS, GPS devices, and Geospatial Technologies
  • Physically fit for extensive travel in mountainous/plain regions
  • Publication of research articles in recognized journals
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience in forestry/wildlife-related research and biodiversity issues
