Application Process
- Applications are invited through respective Model Sankul Level Sanghs (CLFs).
- Application forms and related policies can be obtained from the concerned Sankul Sangh or Vikas Khand Office.
- Applications must be submitted only at the home or concerned CLF.
- Applications submitted elsewhere will not be accepted.
- No application fee is required for any post.
Eligibility Criteria
For Accountant (Sankul Lekhakar)
- The applicant must be a female member of a Self-Help Group (SHG) under UPSRLM.
- Age should be between 21 and 45 years.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass with knowledge of Hindi reading/writing and mathematics.
- Must possess and be skilled in using a smartphone/Android phone.
- Should not be a defaulter in any SHG or bank.
- Must be willing to travel to other villages for banking, exposure, or training purposes.
- Work from home is not permitted; duties must be performed at the Sankul office.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience maintaining SHG/VO/CLF records.
- Preference will be given to candidates with more than 2 years of experience as a Sankul Book Keeper.
For MIS Assistant (Sankul MIS Sahayak)
- Must fulfill eligibility points 2 to 7 of the Accountant post.
- The candidate must be a female, preferably from a UPSRLM SHG.
- Should have experience and training in SHG/VO/CLF formation, management, record-keeping, and financial management for more than 30 days at a resource block or equivalent level.
- Must hold a minimum 6-month Computer/Software Course certificate from a Government-recognized institute.
- Should be skilled in using Microsoft Office and in preparing reports on a computer.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
