Young professional individuals are to be appointed under the designation of "Cooperative Intern" in Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Ltd., Lucknow, and District Cooperative Banks to ensure that the benefits of initiatives launched by the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India, reach the grassroots level, to strengthen the cooperative-based economic model, and to build essential capacity for cooperatives.

Objectives of the Scheme

Roles and Responsibilities of Cooperative Interns

The appointed Cooperative Interns will be entrusted with key technical, operational, and managerial responsibilities including:

• Resolving day-to-day operational and technical challenges faced by Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS) during the computerization process.
• Preparing strategic business plans and detailed project reports.
• Resolving financial issues and operational bottlenecks.
• Facilitating and obtaining necessary approvals and clearances for cooperative initiatives.

Application Submission Instructions

1. Mandatory Document Enclosures: Candidates must enclose self-attested photocopies of mark sheets and certificates for High School (10th), Intermediate (12th), and required educational qualifications (MBA/PGDM). Failure to attach these self-attested documents will result in outright rejection of the application form.
2. Computer Proficiency Proof: Attach an authentic Computer Proficiency Certificate along with the academic documents.
3. File Format: The completed application form and all supporting documents must be uploaded and sent in PDF Format.
4. Multiple Applications: A candidate can apply for a maximum of 02 District Cooperative Banks.
