Eligibility Criteria, Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Requirements:
- 1 Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a degree in LLB or LLM.
- 2 Overall Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required.
- 3 High Court Experience: Must possess 3+ years of experience working with the High Court.
- 4 Language & Technical Skills: Candidates must possess thorough knowledge of Hindi, English, and Computer operations.
Terms of Engagement & Tenure
- The initial period of engagement shall be for one year.
- The engagement is extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance, continued requirement, and the approval of the competent authority.
