Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Director
- Option A: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Diploma in Engineering/Technology + Station Officer & Instructors Course + 3 years firefighting/training experience + specified physical standards
- Option B: Bachelor’s degree in Fire Engineering/Technology + specified physical standards
- Desirable: Heavy vehicle driving license; Medical First Aid Responder or Urban Search & Rescue course
Lecturer (English)
Post Graduation in English with B.Ed. Must be domicile of UT of Ladakh.
Lecturer (Mathematics)
Post Graduation in Mathematics with B.Ed. Must be domicile of UT of Ladakh.
Age Limit
- Assistant Director: UR/EWS – 30 years, OBC – 33 years, PwBD – 40 years
- Lecturers: ST – 45 years (including 5 years special relaxation for 2025 & 2026)
- Additional age relaxations as per category rules

Selection Process
Selection will be based on shortlisting through qualifications/experience or recruitment test followed by interview. Minimum qualifying marks in interview: UR/EWS – 50, OBC – 45, SC/ST/PwBD – 40 (out of 100).
