Application Process

1. Candidates must apply online through the UPSC ORA Portal: https://upsconline.gov.in/ora/
2. Fill all required fields including personal, educational, and experience details.
3. Upload scanned copies of photo, signature, identity proof, educational and experience certificates.
4. Pay the applicable fee through online banking or at any SBI branch.
5. Take a printout of the final submitted application for interview/reference.

Eligibility Criteria

• Assistant Director (Banking): CA/CMA/CS/CFA/MBA-Finance/M.Com or equivalent + 1 year experience in finance/banking.
• Assistant Director (Corporate Law): LLB + 1 year experience in corporate law.
• Company Prosecutor: LLB with experience desirable in litigation/legal advisory.
• Deputy Architect: B.Arch + COA registration + 2 years experience.
• Medical Specialist/DMO: MBBS with PG qualification + 1–3 years experience.
• Veterinary/Ayurveda/Siddha/Homeopathy: Degree + Registration with concerned council.

Age Limit

Note: Age is calculated as on 03 July 2025.

Reservation Details

• Reservations available for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, UR, and PwBD candidates as per post-wise breakup.
• PwBD applicants must produce disability certificate and are eligible even where post is marked suitable.
• All category certificates must be in prescribed format and up-to-date.

Application Fees

• General / OBC / EWS (Male): ₹25
• Women / SC / ST / PwBD: Exempted (No Fee)
• Fee can be paid online via net banking or deposited at any SBI branch.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting based on qualifications/experience or written Recruitment Test (RT), if required.
2. Recruitment Test (if held) will carry 75% weightage; Interview will carry 25% weightage.
3. Interview carries 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks: UR/EWS: 50%, OBC: 45%, SC/ST/PwBD: 40%.
4. Final selection will be based on interview score (and RT if applicable), followed by document and medical verification.

• All India Service Liability is applicable for many positions.
• Selected candidates will be governed by the New Pension Scheme (NPS) applicable from 01 January 2004.
• Private practice is strictly prohibited for Medical Officers.
• UPSC reserves the right to relax any eligibility conditions for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories in deserving cases.
