Eligibility Criteria and Pay Details

Trainee Junior Officer

Education: Graduate with minimum 50% marks + SSC with Marathi.
Preference: Law/JAIIB/CAIIB/MSCIT/Treasury/International Banking.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Banking as Officer.
Age: 23–32 years as on 01.06.2025 (Born not earlier than 01.06.1993).
Stipend: ₹30,000/month during training. After confirmation: ₹52,100/month.
Service: 12-month training + 6-month probation.

Trainee Associate

Education: Graduate with minimum 50% marks + SSC with Marathi.
Preference: Marathi/English typing (GCC) + Computer Proficiency.
Experience: Not required.
Age: 21–28 years as on 01.06.2025 (Born not earlier than 01.06.1997).
Stipend: ₹25,000/month during training. After confirmation: ₹34,400/month.
Service: 12-month training + 6-month probation.

Trainee Typist (Associate Grade)

Education: Graduate + SSC with Marathi.
Mandatory: GCC Exam (30 wpm Marathi & 40 wpm English typing).
Preference: Stenography course or DTP experience.
Experience: Not mandatory.
Age: 21–28 years as on 01.06.2025 (Born not earlier than 01.06.1997).
Stipend: ₹25,000/month. After confirmation: ₹34,400/month + ₹650 typing allowance.
Service: 12-month training + 6-month probation.

Trainee Driver

Education: Passed SSC with Marathi as one of the subjects.
Mandatory: Valid LMV driving license.
Experience: Not required.
Age: 18–30 years as on 01.06.2025 (Born not earlier than 01.06.1995).
Relaxation: 5 years for children of MSC Bank employees.
Stipend: ₹22,000/month. After confirmation: ₹27,700/month.
Promotion Eligibility: Only after 10 years of confirmed service, if candidate acquires graduation.
Service: 12-month training + 6-month probation.

Trainee Peon

Education: Passed SSC with Marathi as one of the subjects.
Preference: Electrician or Plumbing Course completed.
Experience: Not required.
Age: 18–30 years as on 01.06.2025 (Born not earlier than 01.06.1995).
Relaxation: 5 years for children of MSC Bank employees.
Stipend: ₹20,000/month. After confirmation: ₹24,500/month.
Promotion Eligibility: Only after 10 years of confirmed service, if candidate acquires graduation.
Service: 12-month training + 6-month probation.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on an Online Examination.
Candidates qualifying in the exam will be called for Document Verification.
Final appointment will be based on overall performance during training and probation.

Only candidates domiciled in Maharashtra are eligible. Submission of Domicile Certificate is mandatory.

Graduates in Driver or Peon category will be eligible for promotion only after 10 years of confirmed service.
After training, probation of 6 months is mandatory for all posts before confirmation in service.
