Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the post of Consultant (QRRT) must possess any one of the following educational qualifications from a recognized university or institution:

• MBA.
• Postgraduate Degree in Commerce.
• Postgraduate Degree in Economics.
• Postgraduate Degree in Management.
• Equivalent qualification.

Application Process

1. Candidates are required to apply through the online application process.
2. The online application link shall remain active from 23 July 2026 to 03 August 2026.
3. Candidates should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions before applying.
4. Submission of an application alone does not guarantee shortlisting or selection.

Selection Process

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India reserves the right to shortlist candidates and conduct the selection process as per its requirements.

• Mere submission of the application or fulfillment of eligibility conditions shall not confer any right on the candidate to be shortlisted or called for a written test or interview.
• ICSI reserves the right to call only those candidates for the written test or interview who, in its opinion, are most suitable for the post.
• The institute reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
• The decision of ICSI regarding eligibility, shortlisting, conduct of interviews, and selection shall be final and binding.
• ICSI may fix minimum eligibility standards or benchmarks.
• The institute may restrict the number of candidates called for interviews by considering the number of vacancies and the performance of applicants.
• The institute may determine qualifying marks for selecting candidates for interviews.
• ICSI reserves the right to raise the eligibility criteria to restrict the number of candidates called for the written test or interview.
• No correspondence regarding eligibility, shortlisting, interviews, or selection shall be entertained.

• ICSI reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies depending upon its requirements.
• The institute may decide not to fill the advertised posts as per its requirements.
• ICSI reserves the right to cancel the entire recruitment process without assigning any reason.
• The institute reserves the right to alter, modify, or relax any eligibility criteria or conditions for deserving candidates.
• No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the selection process.
• No TA/DA shall be paid at the time of joining the assignment or upon completion of the assignment.
• ICSI shall not be responsible for any delay in receipt or loss in postal transit of applications or communications.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to immediate disqualification of the candidature.
• Any dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts situated in New Delhi.
