Minimum Work Experience Requirement
The candidate must possess a minimum of five years of work experience in any one of the following areas:
- Accountancy: Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
- Agriculture: Agricultural Graduate, Post-Graduate, or Agricultural Engineer.
- Banking: Graduate with experience at Senior Management level.
- Finance / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration: CFA or Post Graduate in Economics, Commerce, Finance, Management, or MBA.
- Law: Law Graduate or Post-Graduate.
Additional Eligibility Conditions
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the State of Haryana.
- The applicant must not be a defaulter in the Short Term Cooperative Credit Structure or any other bank.
- The applicant must not have had any business relationship with the Bank during the last three preceding years. Persons having commercial dealings such as contractor, legal advisor, auditor, etc., are treated as having business relationship. Deposits or borrowing from the Bank will not be classified as business relationship.
- The selected Professional Director must undertake that he/she will not take up any professional work (statutory audit, concurrent audit, legal retainership, empanelment as lawyer, etc.) in any bank other than SCBs/DCCBs/UCBs during his/her tenure and in the same bank till two years after demitting office.
