Other Conditions for Empanelment
- Panel advocates shall not be allowed to use the Bank’s name, symbol, or logo under any circumstances.

- Advocates must abide by terms and conditions related to empanelment, allocation of work, review of performance, and fees payable.
- Advocates must maintain high professional standards and integrity while handling cases assigned by the Bank.
