Key Responsibilities of Interns
- Coordinate with PACS and other primary cooperatives on a day-to-day basis and provide guidance for the implementation of initiatives taken by the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India.
- Solve day-to-day issues faced by PACS in computerization, preparation of business plans, project financing, and various approvals.
- Prepare and share weekly status reports regarding implementation of initiatives in coordination with DCCBs/BSCB.

- Internship programme is neither employment nor an assurance of employment with the Bank or associated institutions.
- Internship is full-time; interns must maintain bank working hours.
- Internship may be discontinued without financial benefits if performance is unsatisfactory or the intern is absent without authorization.
- Interns must maintain strict confidentiality of documents and information. Any violation will entail legal consequences.
- Interns cannot interact with media or post work on social media without express permission.
- Interns are required to conduct themselves professionally in all circumstances.
- Candidates who have previously served as Co-operative Interns at BSCB or any DCCBs are not eligible.
