Contract Period & Employment Terms
- The engagement shall be from the date of joining up to 30 May 2026.
- Selected candidates shall sign an agreement with TCIL and MHA containing detailed terms and conditions.

Salary & Entitlements

Working Hours & Conduct
- Working hours shall be as per MHA office timings.
- Candidate may be required to work early or late depending on work exigencies.

- Conduct must be at par with Government servants.
- No statutory, legal, or financial powers shall be exercised by the hired employee.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate Degree in any field
- Minimum 60% marks in aggregate
- Degree must be from a recognized University or Institution
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing and outreach
- Experience on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Desirable Qualifications
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Google AdWords, SEO/SMO, Facebook Marketing, Instagram Marketing
- Experience in graphics and video editing
