Educational Qualification
Candidates must satisfy the educational qualification requirements before submitting the online application.
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized university under regular curriculum.
- It is desirable to possess Certified Credit Professional Certification.
- Certification in Foreign Exchange Operations conducted by IIBF is desirable.
Experience & Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum three years of experience in handling Trade Finance business.
- No vigilance case or adverse observation from DAC, Vigilance, RBI or any statutory authority should be pending against the candidate for appointment.

Selection Process
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Trade Finance customers in the assigned region.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate onboarding of new Trade Finance customers while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal bank policies.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand trade finance requirements and discuss new banking products and services.
- Provide expertise in Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, Documentary Bills Collections, Trade Loans and Export/Import Finance.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products including Cash Management, Foreign Exchange and Treasury Solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and market conditions to identify business opportunities.
- Evaluate client creditworthiness and assess risks associated with Trade Finance transactions.
- Coordinate with Operations and IBD/FPC teams for smooth execution of Trade Finance transactions.
- Prepare and verify Trade Finance documents for compliance and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues related to Trade Finance transactions promptly.
- Analyze client financial statements and trade cycles to assess financing requirements.
- Assist internal and external auditors during Trade Finance operational reviews.
- Educate customers regarding Trade Finance products, banking procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Bank.
