Eligibility Criteria and Experience

1. General Manager (R&D) / Deputy General Manager (R&D)

Qualification: Full-time Science Degree with First Class PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology and Ph.D. in Chemistry / Pulp and Paper Technology.
Experience: GM - Minimum 29 years; DGM - Minimum 26 years in R&D, Process Control, Product Development, or Quality Control in Pulp & Paper Mill or Research Institute.
Age Limit: GM - Min 49 yrs (GT), Max 55 yrs; DGM - Min 46 yrs (GT), Max 55 yrs. BC/MBC/DNC/SC/ST up to 57 yrs.

2. Assistant General Manager (Tissue Marketing)

Qualification: First Class Engineering Degree / Degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce with First Class MBA (Marketing) or PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
Experience: Minimum 23 years in Paper, Board & Tissue Marketing.
Age Limit: GT: 43-50 yrs; BC/MBC: up to 53 yrs; SC/ST: up to 55 yrs.

3. Assistant Manager (Tissue Marketing)

Qualification: Same as above.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Paper, Board & Tissue Marketing.
Age Limit: GT: 28-40 yrs; BC/MBC: up to 43 yrs; SC/ST: up to 45 yrs.

4. Assistant Manager (Marketing)

Qualification: First Class Degree (Engineering/Arts/Science/Commerce) with MBA (Marketing) or PG Diploma in Marketing Management.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Paper & Board Marketing field.
Age Limit: GT: 28-40 yrs; BC/MBC: up to 43 yrs; SC/ST: up to 45 yrs.

5. Assistant

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with certificate in MS-Office.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a large organization.
Age Limit: GT: up to 28 yrs; BC/MBC: up to 30 yrs; SC/ST: up to 33 yrs.
