Application Process

- Upload required documents as per instructions and follow TOR carefully.
- Applicants registered outside Bihar must upload affidavit on ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper along with registration proof, committing to produce BNRC registration at counseling.
Eligibility Criteria
- Two years full-time Diploma in Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) from recognized institute
- Mandatory registration with Bihar Nurses Registration Council (BNRC), Patna
- Minimum Age: 21 years as on 01.08.2025

Reservation Details
- As per Bihar Government reservation rules
- 4% reservation for PwD and 2% for Freedom Fighter’s grandchildren
- Only Bihar domicile candidates will get reservation benefits
- 35% horizontal reservation for women (Bihar domicile)
- Reservation certificate must be issued by competent authority in prescribed format

Selection Process
- Total Marks: 100
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 80 Marks (percentage obtained × 0.8)
- Experience Marks: up to 20 Marks (5 marks per year, maximum 20)
- Pro-rata calculation for partial years (days × 5 ÷ 365)
Other Important Information
- Contractual employees will not be considered government servants and will not get government service benefits
- No claim of regularization in future government service will be entertained
- Final posting and allocation of district/program/institution will be decided by State Health Society, Bihar
