Educational Qualification (As on 31.01.2026)
Candidates must possess first-class qualification.
- BE/BTech in Environmental Engineering / Climate Change or equivalent
- OR Postgraduate / Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Management / Environmental Sciences / Climate Change / Climate Finance / Sustainability / Statistics / MBA (Finance) / MBA (Banking & Finance) or equivalent
Preferred Certifications
- Financial Risk Manager (FRM) by GARP
- Professional Risk Managers by PRMIA
- Sustainability and Climate Risk by GARP
- Any Climate Risk related course from globally reputed institute
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Risk Management Department of Bank / Financial Institution / Rating Agency / Brokerage Firm or Risk Advisory in Consulting Firm.
- Preferred: 2 years experience in Climate Change related financial risk and assessment models.

Merit list will be prepared category-wise based on interview marks only. In case of tie, candidate senior in age will rank higher.
