Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM or equivalent with specialization in HR/HRD/HRM from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutions.
  • Preferred Certifications: HR Analytics, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP (valid on date of interview).
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in HR/Training, preferably in IT or BFSI sector.
  • Note: Teaching experience will not be considered for eligibility.

Selection Process

  1. Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience.
  2. Interview (100 marks; qualifying marks decided by the Bank).
  3. CTC Negotiation during the interview.
  4. Final Selection based on interview merit. In case of tie, older candidates ranked higher.

Assistant Vice President (Manpower Planning & Recruitment)

  • Develop and implement HR best practices in recruitment and manpower planning.
  • Create job descriptions, coordinate interviews, conduct salary negotiations, and oversee onboarding.
  • Perform HR analytics, skills gap analysis, and workforce productivity monitoring.
  • Assist in succession planning and automation of HR processes.

Assistant Vice President (Learning & Development)

  • Conduct training need assessments and design training frameworks.
  • Manage Learning Management Systems and upskilling programs.
  • Build competency frameworks, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
  • Oversee employee development and training initiatives in IT and BFSI environments.

Additional Information

  • Leave entitlement: 30 days per financial year.
  • Notice period: 1 month (either side).
  • Annual increment: Up to 5% of annual CTC, subject to 90% performance score.
  • Variable pay eligibility: Based on performance appraisal (minimum 90% score).
  • Transfer policy: Posting anywhere in India or subsidiaries as per Bank’s requirement.
  • CIBIL condition: Candidates with loan defaults must regularize before joining.
  • Legal jurisdiction: All disputes subject to Mumbai courts.
