• Pay Scale: ₹85,920 – 2,680 (×5) – 99,320 – 2,980 (×2) – 1,05,280

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (as on 31.08.2025)

• Graduate (any discipline) from a Government recognized University or Institution
• AND MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance) / CA / CFA / ICWA

Post-Qualification Experience (as on 31.08.2025)

• Minimum 3 years in Corporate Credit/High-value credit in Supervisory/Management role in a Scheduled Commercial Bank, Associate or Subsidiary of a Scheduled Commercial Bank, or Public Sector/Listed Financial Institution/Company.
• Experience must include appraisal/assessment of Credit Proposals of medium/large Corporates.
• Training & teaching experience will not be counted.

• Analysis of Balance Sheet
• Appraisal/Assessment of Credit Proposals
• Credit Monitoring

Note: Cumulative age relaxation will not be available.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Based on qualification, experience, and criteria decided by the bank. Fulfilling eligibility does not guarantee interview call.
2. Interview: Will carry 100 marks. Qualifying marks to be decided by the bank.
3. Merit List: Based only on interview scores. In case of tie, older candidate ranked higher.

Other Important Information

• CIBIL Norms: Candidates with loan defaults or adverse CIBIL reports are not eligible unless regularized before appointment.
• Transfer Policy: Officers can be posted anywhere in India or deputed to SBI subsidiaries/associates.
• Travel Allowance: Outstation candidates called for interview may be reimbursed Economy Class airfare or up to ₹10,000 (whichever is lower).
• Updates/Corrections: All updates, corrigenda, and lists of shortlisted/selected candidates will be uploaded on the official website only. No hard copy will be sent.
• Multiple Applications: Only the last valid application will be retained; others will be cancelled.
