Eligibility Criteria

• Citizenship: Indian
• Educational Qualification: Graduation or equivalent with compulsory certification in CIPP-E, CIPP-A, CIPM, DCPP, DCPLA, or DCDPO. Preferred: FIP, CIPT, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in executive/managerial roles, with at least 1 year in Data Privacy Laws/Regulations and Data Security.
• Skills: Knowledge of GDPR, UK Data Protection Act 2018, India’s DPDP Act 2023, risk management, training delivery, leadership, confidentiality, and change management.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 35 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years
• Relaxation: As per Government of India guidelines (e.g., PwBD)

Reservation Details

Number of Vacancies: 01 (Unreserved / UR)

PwBD reservation applicable horizontally as per Government of India rules (Benchmark disability ≥40%).

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting by Bank’s Committee.
2. Interview carrying 100 marks. Qualifying marks will be decided by SBI.
3. Merit list based on interview scores only. Tie-breaker: Candidate’s age in descending order.
4. CTC negotiation during interview stage.

Contractual Terms & Conditions

• Leave: 30 days per financial year (pro-rata). No carryover.
• Notice Period: 1 month or 1 month’s compensation in lieu.
• No eligibility for PF, Pension, Gratuity, SBI Employee Benefits, Bonus, NPS.
• Engagement subject to medical fitness and verification of testimonials.
• Candidate must not have loan defaults or adverse CIBIL records unless regularized before joining.
• Not eligible for Provident Fund, Pension Fund or Gratuity.

General Information

• Applications not fulfilling eligibility or providing false information may be cancelled at any stage.
• Outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed economy airfare (shortest route in India).
• Multiple applications: Only the last valid application will be considered. Fees for others will be forfeited.
• Legal proceedings will be subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
