Important Dates

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination (10th class) or equivalent as on or before 1 August 2025.
• Nationality: Must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from select countries.

Age Limit (As on 01 August 2025)

• For MTS: 18 to 25 years (i.e., candidates born not before 02.08.2000 and not later than 01.08.2007)
• For Havaldar: 18 to 27 years (i.e., candidates born not before 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.2007)

Reservation Details

Reservations will be provided to SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government of India rules. Candidates must submit valid caste/category certificates during document verification.

Application Fee

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹100
• Women, SC/ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen: No fee
• Correction Fee: ₹200 for the first correction and ₹500 for the second correction during the correction window

Selection Process

The selection process varies slightly between the MTS and Havaldar posts and includes computer-based tests and physical tests (for Havaldar).
