Educational Qualifications

• Essential: Graduate from a recognized university.
• Desirable: Post-Graduation in Management.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in incubation management and the incubation ecosystem.
• Experience working with startups, entrepreneurs, mentors, universities, research institutions, industry experts, associations, chambers of commerce, government bodies, and angel investors.

Key Skills

• Knowledge of all domains and areas which constitute the startup ecosystem.
• Understanding of the latest technology and product landscape.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrable entrepreneurial skills or experience as an enabler for startups or innovation ecosystems.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools.

Age Limit

Below 35 years. Relaxation permissible for deserving candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and run day-to-day operations of the Centre of Entrepreneurship (CoE).
• Work closely with the HoC/CEO/COO to design, develop, and run CoE activities.
• Develop and execute strategies for scouting, outreach, evaluation, selection, and onboarding of innovative startups.
• Plan continuous improvement measures for startup engagement and performance.
• Interact with startups and provide ongoing strategic guidance in business modelling, sales, marketing, financing, fundraising, operations, and overall strategy.
• Provide access to the entrepreneurship ecosystem and mentor networks.
• Organize demo days, seminars, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
• Enhance CoE brand visibility through digital content, success stories, and social media engagement.
• Oversee intake, capacity planning, and execution workflow for digital marketing and lead generation activities.
• Develop best practices for digital marketing, database hygiene, event planning, and channel measurement.
• Maintain clear communication with marketing and events teams regarding strategies, goals, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and provide required reports for management review.

Compensation

The compensation for this role ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹75,000 per month. Relaxation may be permissible as per industry standards for deserving candidates.
