Technical Skills:

• Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including financial institutions, government agencies, consultants, development partners, and international funding agencies.
• Experience in implementation, monitoring, reporting, capacity building, and management of donor-funded or multi-stakeholder programmes will be preferred.
• Familiarity with Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS), climate change initiatives, adaptation and mitigation projects, and monitoring frameworks shall be desirable.

Behavioural Competencies:

• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skill.
• Customer and stakeholder focus: Balances customer needs, policy objectives, and operational realities; manages expectations across functions.
• Problem solving and structuring: Breaks complex schemes into simple, implementable components; designs pilots and iterations.

Computer Skills:

The candidate should have proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, MS Teams, and other relevant digital tools.

Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of climate finance, sustainable development, environmental and social safeguards, and MSME sector programmes shall be desirable.
• Partnership & relationship skills (Proficient): Ability to build trust-based institutional relationships, negotiate mutually beneficial constructs, and manage multi-stakeholder engagements.

Behavioural Competencies:

• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skill.
• Execution & cross-functional collaboration (Proficient): Strong coordination with internal operations teams; ability to drive outcomes with timelines.
• Stakeholder management & professionalism (Proficient): Representing SIDBI credibly in external forums and managing sensitive discussions.

Computer Skills:

The candidate should have proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, MS Project, Power BI, and other relevant project management and analytical tools.

Knowledge of OSeMOSYS or similar decision-support and modelling tools for climate finance, energy systems analysis, scenario assessment, and investment planning shall be preferred.
