• Experience in product management.
• Experience in policy-related functions.
• Experience in business development.
• Experience in credit-related roles.
• Experience in Banks, NBFCs, DFIs, or fintech organizations.
• Preference for MSME, SME, and mid-corporate segments.
• Exposure to credit schemes and guarantee schemes.
• Experience in refinance and line of credit products.
• Experience with government and multilateral partner programs.

Key Competencies Required

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead market studies, customer research, and competitive analysis.
2. Design and refine products and schemes, including pricing, eligibility, features, processes, and documentation.
3. Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned products and projects.
4. Prepare product notes, policy circulars, SOPs, and process flows.
5. Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal teams, and committees.
6. Define performance indicators, adoption targets, and impact metrics.
7. Establish systems for real-time monitoring of product performance.
8. Track volumes, profitability, market penetration, customer acquisition, and risk metrics.
9. Recommend product enhancements and strategic improvements.
10. Drive product adoption through communication strategies, FAQs, training, and campaigns.
11. Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by SIDBI from time to time.

Merit List

The merit list will be prepared in descending order based solely on interview scores. If multiple candidates obtain the same cut-off marks, preference will be given to candidates of higher age.
