Salary Structure (Approx CTC)
- Data Scientist / AI Specialist – ₹25 LPA
- ML Engineer – ₹20 LPA
- Data Engineer – ₹35–40 LPA
- Data Protection Officer – ₹50–55 LPA
- Relationship Manager – ₹20–25 LPA
- Portfolio Manager – ₹45–55 LPA
- Strategic Partnerships Manager – ₹25–30 LPA
Salary includes performance-based variable components and annual increments based on performance review.
Age Limit
- Up to 35 years: Data Scientist, AI Specialist, ML Engineer, Relationship Manager, Strategic Partnerships Manager
- Up to 40 years: Data Engineer, Portfolio Manager
- Up to 45 years: Data Protection Officer
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualifications vary by post including Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, MBA, Law, etc.
- Relevant professional experience required ranging from 3 to 15 years depending on the role
- Candidates must have domain experience in Banking, Fintech, Data Science, IT, or Finance sectors
- Experience certificates are mandatory
