Key Responsibilities

1. Scrutiny and processing of Title Investigation Reports (TIRs)
2. Liaisoning with Advocates/Branches/Regional Offices
3. Maintaining TIR Data and operating related digital tools
4. Handling digital tools related to TIR
5. Preparation and reporting of legal matters
6. Legal research and case handling
7. Handling court cases and vetting documents
8. Drafting and vetting of legal documents, including SARFAESI related
9. Preparation of notices and auction documents under SARFAESI
10. Handling recovery and IBC matters
11. Supporting legal risk mitigation
12. Any other legal assignments from the Bank

Eligibility Criteria

Remuneration

Maximum Cost to Company (CTC): ₹20 lakh per annum

• Includes Group Insurance and other facilities
• Annual performance-based increment on CTC
• Variable pay component included
