Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

• MBA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• OR Graduation with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

Relevant Experience Requirement

• Experience in Training & Placement in Higher Education Institutions
• OR Experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) in Multinational Companies (MNCs)

Skill Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Good people management and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency
• Social media management skills

Age Limit

Application Process

1. Applications must be submitted through the prescribed Google Form only.
2. Eligible candidates must appear for the Walk-in-Interview at the Office of Career Development Cell (CDC), SVNIT, Surat.
3. Candidates must attend the interview at their own cost.

6. Original certificates/documents must be brought for verification.
7. A government-approved photo ID card is mandatory.
