Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications
- Graduate with MBA / PGDM (Operation) from an institution of repute.
2. Professional Experience Requirements
- Deputy Manager (Operations): Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Assistant Manager (Operations): Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Industry Preference: Experience in a ride-hailing organization will be given preference.

Salary Structure & Emoluments
The selected candidates will be on probation for an initial period of one year. After satisfactory completion of the probation period, candidates will be absorbed as Dy M / Assistant Manager (Operations) based on competency on an approximate CTC structure.

CTC Inclusions:
