Eligibility Criteria

Post Educational Qualification
Specialist (Psychiatry) MBBS with PG Diploma or PG Degree (MD/DNB) in Psychiatry from a university/institute recognized by MCI/NMC/NBE.
Specialist (General Surgery) MBBS with PG Degree (MS/DNB) in General Surgery from a university/institute recognized by MCI/NMC/NBE.
Specialist (Orthopedics) MBBS with PG Diploma or PG Degree (MS/DNB) in Orthopedics from a university/institute recognized by MCI/NMC/NBE.
Specialist (General Medicine) MBBS with PG Degree (MD/DNB) in General Medicine from a university/institute recognized by MCI/NMC/NBE.
General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) MBBS from a university/institute recognized by MCI/NMC/NBE. Internship must have been completed.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
  • Educational qualification must be obtained from a university or institute recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), National Medical Commission (NMC), or National Board of Examination (NBE).
  • Candidates must be registered with MCI, NMC, or State Medical Council (SMC), or possess a valid practitioner license.
  • Candidates should be enrolled in the State Register or National Register, as applicable.

Monthly Consolidated Salary

Qualification Monthly Remuneration
MBBS with PG Degree in Specialty ₹1,60,000
MBBS with PG Diploma in Specialty ₹1,20,000
MBBS (GDMO) ₹90,000
The above consolidated remuneration is applicable for a minimum engagement of 8 hours per day, 6 days per week, and 48 hours per week. If engagement is for fewer than 8 hours per day or fewer than 48 hours per week, remuneration may be prorated accordingly.

Tenure of Engagement

  • Initial engagement will be for a period of one year.
  • The tenure may be extended for another one year at the discretion of the Company.
  • Maximum engagement under the same contract shall not exceed three years.
  • There shall be no bar on re-engagement.
  • The tenure of engagement shall remain subject to the upper age limit of 70 years.
