  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Team Leader / Project Director or Deputy Team Leader / Deputy Project Director in General Consultancy (GC) projects of Metro / High Speed Rail / Semi-High Speed Rail systems.

Deputy General Manager (Architect / Metro Works) 		Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering,
AND
Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering 		11 Years
  • Minimum 07 years of experience in geotechnical investigation report review/preparation, foundation design criteria, and temporary/enabling works in rail-based urban transit systems (Metro / High Speed / Semi-High Speed).
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Senior Geotechnical Expert / Geotechnical Expert in General Consultancy (GC) projects of Metro / High Speed Rail / Semi-High Speed Rail systems.

Criteria for Candidates from Private Sector and Other Organizations

  • Candidates from the private sector or other organizations must have the required total experience (e.g., 11 years for VC No. RG/18/26).
  • As on the last date of online application submission (30.09.2026), candidates applying from the private sector must draw a minimum annual Cost to Company (CTC) of at least ₹28.91 LPA (for VC No. RG/18/26).
  • The criteria specified for Central/State Government/PSU/Autonomous organizations and the private sector shall strictly apply to the latest/current organization where the applicant has served or is currently working.
