Educational Qualification

  • MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGDM / PGDHRM or equivalent qualification in Human Resource, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare or MHROD.
  • MBA with specialization in Human Resource or Personnel Management.
  • Candidates must produce certificates from the institute or university clearly mentioning the specialization.
  • Self-declaration or undertaking regarding specialization will not be accepted.
  • The qualification must be recognized by AICTE or UGC.
  • Sections A and B examination of the Institution of Engineers (India), recognized by AICTE and treated as equivalent to a degree by the Government of India, shall also be accepted.

Stage 2: Document Verification

Candidates shortlisted based on written test performance shall be called for document verification. Candidates must produce original documents supporting all claims made in the application form.

Stage 3: Interview

Candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:6 against the total vacancies.
