Salary / Remuneration
Payment will be made on a monthly basis depending upon the educational qualification of the candidate.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduate Degree in Engineering along with a Construction Safety Certificate from a reputed institute.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding degrees in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- OR Diploma in Engineering along with a Construction Safety Certificate from a reputed institute.
- Preference for Diploma holders in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
Eligible Project Experience
- Construction of Passenger Handling Terminals such as Railway Stations, Metro Stations, RRTS Stations, HSR Stations, Monorail Stations, Airport Terminals, or Bus Terminals.
- Construction of commercial or institutional real estate projects such as Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Hotels, Convention Centres, Shopping Malls or Complexes, Sports Complexes, or Office Complexes.
- Projects involving RCC framed structure or steel structure with internal water supply, sanitary installation, electrical installation, HVAC, substation, fire-fighting system, lifts, and escalators.
Age Limit
Maximum Age Limit: 63 Years
Age, experience, and eligibility criteria will be calculated as on the last date of submission of the application, which is 25 March 2026.
Tenure of Engagement
- Initial engagement duration: 18 months.
- Consultants may be extended on yearly basis depending on performance and requirement.
- Extension is subject to satisfactory annual performance review.
- No extension will be allowed beyond the age of 65 years.
Selection Process
The selection process consists only of an interview after document verification.
- Document Scrutiny and Verification.
- Shortlisting of eligible candidates.
- Personal Interview.
During the interview, candidates will be evaluated on technical knowledge, subject expertise, relevant experience, communication ability, and interpersonal skills.
Final engagement will be issued only after approval of the candidate’s CV by the concerned client where deployment is required.
