Category 1 – Individual Consultant: Project Leader / Team Leader

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 25 years of total professional experience in Civil Construction Work.
• At least 10 years in Construction Supervision of major infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 3 years as Team Leader / Resident Engineer / Project Manager in supervision of major Railway / Metro / Flyover / Viaduct projects.

Category 2 – Individual Consultant: Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Expert

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Engineering / M.A. / M.Sc. in Safety from a recognized university.
• OR Master in Environment with Diploma in Safety from a recognized university/institute.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years total professional experience in technical discipline.
• At least 3 years as SHE Engineer for major construction project.

Candidates will be evaluated based on technical skills, subject knowledge, experience, communication, and interpersonal skills. Final selection is subject to approval of CVs by the concerned client.

• Consultants are Independent Contractors and not regular employees.
• No PF / ESI / Gratuity or statutory benefits applicable.
• Leave entitlement: 1.5 days per completed month (No accumulation beyond calendar year).
• Income Tax will be deducted at source.
• Police verification mandatory.
• No TA/DA for interview or joining.
• RITES reserves the right to modify/cancel recruitment without notice.
