Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Maximum Age: 50 years as on 06.10.2025.

Relaxations:

• OBC (NCL)/SC/ST candidates: As per Govt. rules against reserved posts.
• PWD candidates: 10 years relaxation in upper age limit (minimum 40% disability).

Reservation Details

Reservation/relaxation/concessions will be provided to EWS, SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PWD, Ex-SM, and J&K domicile candidates as per Government orders.

Persons with Disabilities are eligible under the categories of locomotor disability, hearing impairment, and visual impairment. Functional classifications include sitting, standing, walking, seeing, reading/writing, hearing/speaking, communication, lifting, kneeling, crouching, bending, climbing, etc.

Application Fees

Application Fee: ₹600 + Taxes.

• SC/ST/PWD candidates: Full fee payable at application stage, later refundable (excluding GST/bank charges) after participation in interview/written exam.
• Fee payment is accepted only via the online mode (HDFC Bank portal).

Important: Invoice must be generated upon successful payment of fee. If not, candidates must email cont.rectt@rites.com with registration details immediately.

Application Process

1. Apply online through the Career Section at www.rites.com.
2. Upon submission, a Registration Number will be generated. Keep it safe for all future communications.
3. Upload scanned copies of required documents while applying.
4. At the time of document verification, bring original documents and self-attested copies in chronological order as per Annexure A.
5. Candidates can attend the interview either online via video conferencing or offline at RITES Office, Gurugram.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of an interview with the following weightage distribution:

• Technical & Professional Proficiency: 65%
• Personality, Communication & Competency: 35%

Qualifying Marks:

• UR/EWS: Minimum 60% in interview.
• SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD: Minimum 50% (against reserved posts).

Medical examination as per RITES standards is mandatory. Candidates can appear for the interview in either Hindi or English.

General Instructions

• Mere application does not guarantee selection.
• Only one application per vacancy is allowed.
• If any claim is found incorrect, candidature will be rejected.
• All communication will be via registered email ID.
• Legal jurisdiction in case of disputes: Delhi.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
