Pay Scale and Remuneration

• Monthly Basic Pay: ₹23,340
• Yearly CTC: ₹5,09,741 (approximate)

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an AICTE-recognized University/Institution. Sections A & B of the Institution of Engineers (India) recognized by AICTE and Govt. of India are also accepted.
• Minimum Post-Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication, erection, and launching of bridge girders, PSC & RCC structures, and related civil works, with proficiency in MS Office.
• Minimum Marks: General/EWS: 60% or First Class; SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD: 50%.
• Experience Cut-off Date: 30 November 2025.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 40 years as on 30 November 2025.
• Age Relaxations: OBC (NCL), SC/ST as per Government norms; PWD candidates with ≥40% disability get 10 years relaxation.

Reservation and Relaxation

Reservation/relaxation/concessions to EWS/SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD/Ex-Servicemen/J&K domicile candidates are applicable as per Government of India rules. PWD candidates belonging to identified categories (Locomotor Disability, Hearing Impairment) with at least 40% disability are eligible for relaxation and can apply even if no post is reserved for them.

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of a Written Test followed by an Interview. Weightage distribution of the selection parameters is as follows:

• Written Examination: 60%
• Interview: 40% (Technical & Professional Proficiency – 30 marks, Personality, Communication & Competency – 10 marks)

Qualifying Marks: Written Test – 50% for UR/EWS (45% for reserved), Interview – 60% for UR/EWS (50% for reserved).

Interview Ratio: Candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:6 to the number of vacancies.

Medical Fitness: Appointment is subject to medical examination as per RITES standards.

4. Upload photo, certificates, ID proof, and all relevant documents during the online form submission.

7. Bring originals and self-attested copies of certificates (DOB, Educational, Category, Experience, Identity, PAN, etc.) during verification.
8. Incomplete or inaccurate applications will be rejected.

• Posting may be anywhere in Maharashtra or across India as per company requirements.
• No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the written test or interview.
• Legal jurisdiction for any dispute will be Delhi.
• Departmental and government employees must be properly relieved from their parent organizations before joining RITES.

• Candidates can appear for the interview in either Hindi or English.
• Suppression or falsification of information at any stage will lead to disqualification or termination.
