Pay Scale and Salary Details

Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ₹78,450/- per month in the pay scale structure:

₹78,450 – 4050(9) – 114,900 – EB – 4050(2) – 123,000 – 4650(4) – 141,600 (16 years)

• Initial monthly gross emoluments (without HRA): Approximately ₹1,50,374/-
• House Rent Allowance (HRA): 15% of Pay if accommodation is not provided
• Perquisites include accommodation (subject to availability), reimbursement for maintenance of vehicle, newspaper, telephone, book grants, furnishing allowance, free dispensary facility, medical reimbursement, festival advance, leave fare concession, loans and advances for housing, vehicle, education, consumer goods, and more.

Employment Type

Permanent appointment with initial probation of 2 years, extendable up to 4 years at the discretion of the Bank. Candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in India.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

• Citizen of India
• Subject of Nepal or Bhutan
• Tibetan refugee who came before 1 January 1962
• Person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries, etc.

Educational Qualifications

• Grade B (General): Graduation with 60% (50% SC/ST/PwBD) or Post-Graduation with 55% (Pass marks SC/ST/PwBD)
• Grade B (DEPR): Master’s in Economics/Finance with 55% (50% SC/ST/PwBD)
• Grade B (DSIM): Master’s in Statistics/Mathematics/Data Science/AI/ML with 55% (50% SC/ST/PwBD) OR 4-year Bachelor’s with 60% (50% SC/ST/PwBD)

Age Limit (as on 01 September 2025)

• General: 21 to 30 years
• SC/ST: +5 years
• OBC: +3 years
• PwBD: +10 years (GEN/EWS), +13 years (OBC), +15 years (SC/ST)
• M.Phil./Ph.D. candidates: 32 and 34 years respectively
• Ex-Servicemen/Staff/Banking Experience: Relaxation as per rules
