Position Details

Job Profile & Responsibilities

• Close monitoring of NPA accounts of assigned Regions/Branches.
• Conduct frequent/regular field visits to Branches and Borrower’s locations for recovery processes, negotiations, and settlements.
• Coordinate with Regional Heads, Regional Legal Managers, Recovery Vertical Managers, and staff to accelerate SARFAESI and other legal recovery proceedings.
• Strategize recovery plans case-wise for immediate resolutions including SARFAESI Proceedings or Compromise Settlements.
• Ensure initiation of legal/SARFAESI proceedings: Demand Notices, Possession Notices, Auction Notices, physical possession of properties, and execution via courts.
• Follow up on DRT/DRAT and other legal proceedings by coordinating with panel advocates and legal managers.
• Assist in organizing and conducting auctions, marketing activities for unsold properties.
• Guide Branch Officials in handling complex NPA cases ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Attend to customer grievances and disputes pertaining to recovery.
• Any other work assigned from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation (10+2+3 format) from a UGC recognized University.
• Post-graduation and professional qualifications will carry additional weightage.
• Age not exceeding 38 years as on 01-10-2025. Relaxation up to 50 years may be considered for deserving candidates with relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Recovery within HFCs, Banks, or NBFCs (for age not exceeding 38 years). Additional experience required for age relaxation.
• Presently holding a role equivalent to or higher than Manager / Senior Manager.
• Fluency in regional language, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
• Early joining will be preferred.
• Candidates with pending disciplinary actions or who were punished under disciplinary proceedings in the last 5 years will not be considered.
• Candidates terminated by previous employers are not eligible to apply.
