Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification (as on 30.06.2025): Any graduate (regular 10+2+3 stream) or equivalent. Preference will be given to those with specialization or post-graduation in Marketing from recognized institutions.
• Experience (as on 30.06.2025): Preferably 1 year of experience in marketing.
• Language Proficiency: English and Tamil/local language.
• Other Requirements: Candidates with own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. Strong flair for marketing and proven expertise in the field required.

Job Description

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for lead generation and conversion of high-quality leads for collateral-based loan products. This is a field-level role focused on business sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation for collateral-based loan proposals.
• Relationship building with potential borrowers and local businesses.
• Strengthening Bank's market presence through outreach and promotion.
• Loan sourcing within prescribed branch areas adhering to Bank's policies.
• Assisting borrowers with loan documentation and application submission.
• Reporting progress to Business Development Officers or designated officers.

Remuneration and Incentives

• Fixed Remuneration: ₹15,000 per month (₹12,000 salary + ₹3,000 fixed conveyance)
• Travel Reimbursement: For official travel to locations other than place of posting.
• Variable Incentive: Based on loan amount disbursed:

Additional ₹1,000 per loan file as incentive in addition to fixed and variable pay.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting followed by Interview.
• Mere eligibility does not guarantee interview call.
• Selection committee will set parameters for shortlisting.
• Final decision lies with the Bank; no correspondence entertained.
• Interview details will be communicated via call letter.
