Essential Eligibility Criteria
Option 1
- Degree in Yoga or Yoga & Naturopathy from a recognized university.
- Minimum 55% marks in the qualifying degree.
- Two years of experience in Yoga Therapy in a reputed institute or hospital.
Option 2
- Graduation from a university established under the UGC Act.
- Diploma in Yoga of at least one year duration from a recognized university or institute.
- Minimum 55% marks in the diploma course.
- At least five years of practical experience in Yoga in a reputed Yoga institute or hospital.
Mandatory Requirement: - Level-II (Therapy Level) Certificate of Yoga Certification Board (YCB).
- Demonstration skills in Yogic practices.
- Skill test will be conducted.
Desirable Qualifications
- Working experience in traditional Yoga Therapy from an institute of national repute or hospital.
- Knowledge of computer operation.
- Working knowledge of Hindi, English and Sanskrit languages.
- Working experience in research projects related to Yoga Therapy, case studies and related fields.
- Fluency in English.
Special Condition Regarding YCB Level-II Certificate
Candidates who do not possess the mandatory YCB Level-II (Therapy Level) certificate but fulfill all other essential qualifications may still be considered for selection. Such candidates must submit a written undertaking confirming that they will pass the YCB Level-II examination within three months from the date of joining.
Failure to qualify the YCB Level-II (Therapy Level) examination within the prescribed period will result in termination of services.

- No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be paid for attending the interview.
- Candidates must report at the venue at 10:00 AM along with original documents, self-attested photocopies and photographs.
- No candidate will be allowed after the prescribed reporting time.
- The Institute In-charge, RARI Ranikhet reserves the right to postpone or cancel the interview without assigning any reason.
